You need to get 99 percentile above for a good nit 

Closing rank for cse in nit Trichy is 2100

For nit Warangal is 4500

For nit Bhopal is 5700

Some mediocre nits require 8000 rank for cse 

So for getting a decent nit you should get 99 percentile above 

For top nit it's 99.5 

 new nits require 98+ percentile

IIIT also require 98 percentile or 97.5 above 

IIIT sri city requires 97.5

Based on previous year statistics cutoff ranks

There is no minimum percentile as the percentile you got is from the session you have given your jee mains exam.
The main aspect is your rank on which the admission is given to all the aspirants.
For any reputed government colleges your rank must be under 25000(if you include your home state quota)
to enroll in CSE.
But if you are leaving your home state then this competition becomes more fierce and the rank you must have for CSE should be in range below 5000.
