Officially have mentioned below provided eligibility criteria to apply for M.A in applied psychology with specialization in clinical psychology (APCLP) -

"General Eligibility + a) Candidates should have completed (i) B.A. Psychology, or (ii) B.A. General, with minimum three papers in Psychology. b) Candidates who will appear for their final year B.A. examination in 2018, with the above subjects and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply."
