Hello,
There is no free seat. if you get a rank which will be eligible for TFW then you don't have to pay tution fees every year but have to pay rest fees which includes transportation, maintenance and other miscellaneous. For that you have to know the cutoff for TFW to check if you are eligible or not. Try to score above 80% of the total score to keep yourself in safe site. You can also apply for scholarship which is given by institute , state government , central government.
