For an Scheduled Tribe category candidate, according to 2019 statistics, getting above 360 should be sufficient to get a lower tier/average Medical college. But for a good college you should aim higher, for about 440-450 marks in NEET. So i believe 360 marks are sufficient for an average college and 450 marks are sufficient for a good college.
