Hope you are doing well . See, as NEET-2021 All India and State quota counselling for most of the states haven't started yet,I can't tell you the exact cut-offs . However we can predict it based on last year's cut-offs . In 2021 the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally.

In 2020 ,the closing AIR through All India Quota Counselling for SCB Medical College,Cuttack , Odisha was 2,685 i.e. a score of around 660 for a general candidate.

This year too ,in order to get this college through AIQ, you needed to score 660 as you don't have a domicile of Odisha .

so for general category
According to last year's cutoff----> You have to score more than 620+ . This is all india quota 15% seats cutoff.
For odisha non domicile candidate you need 650+
