You have to secure atleast 95 percentile score ( or even more depending upon April exam and result). Or you have to secure rank under 30-40 thousand ( general) 4-5 thousand ( category).
And one thing rank will be according to the specific NIT and branch.So check the previous year cut offs for that specific .
But I would suggest you to score more than this so that you have many options with you .
