For securing a seat via Neet you need to score in excess of 500 out of 720 if you want to get a good seat by the 85% state quota seats and score in excess of 600 or 550 out of 720 if you want to get a good seat while 15% all India quota seats

For 15% All India quota seat ,
One must score above 570+ to get a seat in a good medical college. As per the 2017 records.
For AIIMS there is nothing like state quota in it, allotment is based on merit. Seat reservation in their for Obc, Sc, St, and Ph students.
