how my security money will be refunded if i joined a college from state quota that is other than as alloted by AIQ by mci ?

Hey Abhyudaya !
In case you didn't receive any college till the mop-up round of AIQ Counselling, then your security money will be refunded without any hassles.
But if you have been alloted a college through the AIQ and then you decide to opt for a college through the State Quota, then I am sorry to say, but the security money won't be refunded at all under such circumstances.
Hence, it's advised to be quite careful while making decisions during college selection.
