Follow NCERT and some good reference books.Please learn the tricky methods of application of concepts.

@Aman Deep: You can refer for Physics: NCERT, H.C. Verma and Resnick Halliday and even Arihant series you can prefer.
Once you are able to solve them move to Irodov but don't concentrate solely on Irodov.
