After completing your Polytechnic diploma programme you can apply direct into second year B.tech programme (Lateral Entry). There are many colleges offer lateral entry programme. Each college has different criteria for the admission, Any particular college you wish to take the admission.

Diploma holders can also apply in IITs for Architecture programmes, The process to apply, You need to appear first JEE Main Entrance Exam after qualify it you need to apply JEE Advance and AAT.

You can take lateral entry directly to the second year BE after diploma.
