Hi,

As per my information ,for pursuing b.tech in a particular branch and in a particular college, you have to give their entrance exams or there are many colleges which take admission through jee main ranks. To be eligible for entrance exams you must have passed 12th board from a recognised board and have secured a minimum 0f 60% which is the minimum requirement of most colleges. Then after giving exams and getting a rank, you have to check cut offs of different colleges and filter out the good colleges available for you and then appear for the counselling of those colleges ,in which you want to take admission and then lock your choice of branches and pay the admission fee.

Thanks..!!

Hi Naman Modi.

As an answer to this, B.tech admissions, in most states and universities are conducted through an Entrance exams. In some cases, it is based on your 12th board marks. While, in some other cases, both the entrance marks and your board marks are considered. You;ll have to apply for the same, through a given website online, but, there are cases where offline method is used.

Thanks.
