We understand your concern. Please note that the special round will be held  after completion of the first the normal rounds for vacant seats. Candidates who haven’t 

yet registered can register and participate in this round. Already 
registered candidates, however, needn’t register again. Both Rajasthan 
domicile and Out of Rajasthan candidates can participate in this round.
