I understand your query as The reap is the counselling process by rajasthan technological university in rajasthan state student on basis of JEE main in goverment aided universities. 

TFWS scheme is applicable and mandatory for all Technical Institutions offering Bachelor programs that are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.

TFWS scheme is for the those candidates who have an annual family income lesser than Rs. 6 Lakh from ALL possible sources are eligible to apply.

 To apply  for TFWS in reap you should have income certificate so that you can preaent as proof of your annual income in counselling as in the admission procedure you should select the TFWS scheme during counselling.
