But since as you are asking how to calculate marks out of 180 questions , I am guessing that you are asking in regards to Neet as in NEET examination there are 180 questions.
You can calculate your marks in NEET examination with the help of following marking scheme
Marking scheme:-
* 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer
* there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer
*No mark is deducted for unanswered questions
