see now this is very common and something most of the students do ..So don't worry I'll be able to change your college for that few rules may vary from university to university but the general process is same 

firstly visit the college you want to take admission in and make them aware that you are willing to join their institution by doing even they will help you for the further process

secondly make aware of same to your current college no doubt they will first try to convince you to continue with their institution , But you make you stand clear very humbly .. 

then collect your NOC and take all necessary signature then write the application to the principal collect your tc and other documents along with latest sem marksheet 

and once general admission open for all apply that time  . hope you find it helpful !!

Every college have different criterias for college transfer processes. Talking commonly so  everywhere a transfer form is necessary to be filled to take transfer to other colleges and then further formalities and documents are to be submitted. So this way you can contact your college also for details.

Thanks for your query.Inorder to change your college after first year of engineering you can either give various entrance exams of various colleges and can easily get a seat but in this case you'll have to repeat first year. Incase you don't want to repeat the first year you can fill forms for colleges which provide with lateral entry in that case you can admission directly into the second year. This will save an year of yours.

Hey you can change colleges through the following modes

• Write any entrance examination for joining other colleges
• apply for state counselling

If you want to change the college you studied in 1st year, report to the mamagement as soon as possible without any pay of fee. You'r TC will be returned.
