I am extremely sorry tell you dear but you cannot change your mobile number and email address in your Neet application form because it is your email id and your mobile number with which you are registered .

Anyway,

If your email id is correct, then it's okay as NTA contacts through Email id.

Also,

You can consider filling a new application form with the new mobile number and new email ID.

• -) your neet 2021 application form is available at its official website i. e ntaneet.nic.in to be filled from 13 July 2021 to 06 August 2021(upto 11:50 PM)
