There is no checking of the unallotted seat in the institue but rather you can check for the allotted seat and the cutoff marks on the official website of the admission authority. Once the counselling rounds are completed, the merit list with the last rank of the admission in the institutes of the state is uploaded and there you can check the allotted seats in the various institutes. So go through the official website of the admission committee and then you will be able to refer the allotted seats.
