Hi Noyonika

I assume this is with regard to you choosing a college away from home state. You should consider the following:

  • If possible, go to one of the metro cities. You will have locational advantage at the time of internships/placements.
  • If you think you cannot adjust easily to a new place/food/people, consider going to a city that is not very culturally different from yours. Again, metro cities are generally a hub of different cultural groups.
  • Try picking a city close to your home state, so you can come back and forth often.
