You can contact them by visiting the official site, then clicking on "About NMC", then a pop up will flash on screen where you will find "contact us". After clicking on this option, you will find their TOLL FREE no. to contact them which you can do between  9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will also find the mail ids and contact nos. of various officers as well.
