How to get a good sleep for 4 hours ?
Hi yadvendra!! Hope you are doing well!! Sleep is very important in your life and to maintain your health and to concentrate more on studies and career,you need proper sleep. To get a good sleep for 4 hours ,you need to calm your self and your mind and do meditation. You can also put alarm everyday and get up at the right time.

* Follow exercise with a cold shower
* Get your most important work done in the morning
* Eat , light and healthy meals at night
* Take a walk outside to break up the day
* Allow yourself a quick afternoon nap
* Leave work on time .
