Hi dear,

Hope you are doing well!

Now let's go through your question.

As you will be knowing that Google is best known as the most comprehensive search engine on the Internet.

Over the years, the Mountain View, California-based company has expanded its role to include click-based advertising, online office tools, and other software and even its own web browser.

And with so many different projects on the go, it’s no surprise that Google is one of the largest Internet employers in existence. While jobs with the company are plentiful, landing a position with Google requires a decent resume and plenty of homework.

Some procedure:

  • Visit the Google Jobs website and read up. Google takes its hiring seriously.
  • The “Joining Google” page, outlines the features Google takes into consideration when hiring.
  • The “Life at Google” page, gives readers a snapshot of what it’s like to work for Google. The page contains a number of links to Google-related stories, which are useful for getting a sense of what Google employees faith most about working for the company.
  • The Benefits page, outlines all of the advantages provided to those who are in Google’s employ.
  •  Find out where Google is hiring. This can be done by accessing the office locations page.
  • Browse the “Teams and Roles” page for more job opportunities.

*Many tech companies like Google, Apple, and IBM no longer require a college degree for some of their top jobs, according to Glassdoor. While many companies still require a degree, others have begun to realize needed skills and experience that can be gained through nontraditional routes.

Thank You & All the best!

Hi,

“Google receives more than two million applications every year. Google only hires several thousand per year, making Google 20+ times more selective than Harvard, Yale or Princeton. For example, Google hires about 0.25% of job applicants, while Harvard’s admission rate was 5.2% in 2017. But please do not be intimidated by these numbers. It’s much easier to apply for a job at Google by submitting your resume while college application process is much more involved and time consuming. So, Google has a lot more applicants each year (1-3 million) than the number of applicants at Harvard.

Google’s hiring bar is high and the process is competitive, but there are ways for you to prepare for Google interviews that will significantly increase your chance to land an offer at Google. This starts with having a deep and accurate understanding of Google’s business model, unique corporate culture and hiring practices. Then, you need to be prepared to answer different classes of problems Google will be asking you:
