Dear aspirant,

To get iit bhu for mtech you need to clear gate with a good score and there are many other eligibility criteria like you should have passed your B.tech with cgpa of more than 6.00. IITians who have cgpa of more than 8.00 ,they don't even need a gate score. They will be chosen on the basis of interview.
