First of all the eligiblity requires one to be 12th pass or equivalent with at least 50% marks in relevant subjects from a recognised university or board.
For admission you will have to apply online.Admission to MSU is done on the basis of merit as well as entrance test and it depends on what course you apply for.In some courses admission process involves merit list and PI and in some of them GD round is also included.

In order to get an admission in MSU of baroda, you must maintain high percentage in your past academics because MSU is a government university, which does not maintain any donation culture. So, you cannot take an admission in this college by paying the donation. The only way is to work harder and write entrance exam and get a good rank. If your rank is good enough,you will definitely get an admission in that college.
