Hello Yuvraj Singh

Mostly all the colleges give admission through counseling process except some which give direct admission according to rank and your marks .

Counseling may be independently or combining with group of colleges or through josaa .

Like : for admission in nit ; IIIT s and some college like bits mesra ; IPU ; DTU ; pec etc you have to fill josaa counseling form .

JAC Delhi couseling is held for Delhi college ( include only 2-3 college like NSIT )

JAC Chandigarh for chandigarh region college.

Some have their separate counseling including only one college.

So for particular college procedure is different . So look for the college in which you want to go and search for it .

Good luck
