In order to get an admission in any veterinary college you must have completed your 12th class with minimum of 50 percent of marks in your Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects in your board examination and there are many colleges n India for which you need to write entrance exams like OUAT, GUJCET, AIPVT etc.,

BVSc Eligibility

The minimum BVSc eligibility is as follows:

• Students must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a minimum score of 50% with English as a compulsory subject.
• The minimum age to take admission in the BVSc programme is 18 years and the maximum is 25 years as on 31st December of the admission year. Relaxation of one year is provided to the reserved candidates.

BVSc Entrance Exams 2020

• NEET 2020: NEET 2020 is a national level exam that usually offers admission to medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, MD, among others. As per the official notification dated February 22, 2018 released by The Veterinary Council of India, candidates seeking admission in BVSc & AH courses through 15% All India Quota seats will have to compulsorily appear for NEET examination.
• AAU VET 2020: This is a veterinary entrance test conducted by Assam Agricultural University (AAU) for admission in various UG, PG and PhD courses in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, AAU.
• KEAM 2020: This is a state level entrance exam for admission into many courses in Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary, Forestry and Pharmacy programs.
• BHU UET 2020: This is a university level entrance examination organized by Banaras Hindu University (BHU) for admission into various UG courses like BVSc, BSc, BCom, BEd, etc.
• JCECE 2020: This is a state level entrance examination conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for admission into BSc Agriculture, BVSc and other agricultural courses.
• OUAT 2020: This is a university level entrance examination conducted by Orissa University of Agricultural Science each year for admission into its UG courses.
• RPVT 2020: Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test (RPVT) is a university level entrance examination organized by Rajasthan University Of Veterinary And Animal Sciences for admission into BVSc & AH courses.
• UP Veterinary Entrance Exam 2020: This exam is conducted by DUVASU , Mathura for admissions to BVSc & AH degree course, MVSc/PhD and diploma programmes
