With reference to yoru above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that you cannot get any free seat in any medical colleges through NEET exam. The admission to medical colleges is done solely on the cutoff passed by the candidates.

But if you have some financial difficulties then I would suggest you to after getting admission in medical colleges you can apply for scholarship to get some help on the fees. There are many ones available some are based on your board merit and some on your neet rank.
