UIET Chandigarh accepts admissions on the merit of rank scored in jee mains examination.
Being a PWD candidate should also have at least 55 Percent marks in the 12th board examinations.
The closing rank for cse in 2019 for pwd candidates was 814089 hence you can also get admission there in cse as scoring this much rank in jee mains isn't that tough.
