Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the basic requirement to get the MBBS admission in Canada after the class 12 is you must have a language proficiency in the English , students can either choose the IELTS and TOEFL to proof their language proficiency,. And a student should get the minimum of 6.5 in the IELTS to get into the UG courses in the Canada , you can also give the MCAT exam also is medical common admission test ,

There is actually no UG Course providing the degree of MBBS in Canada, you need to complete your Bachelor's degree in Pure Science and then get into the MD Degree. The basic examination is focused on Language Proficiency as such.
But the best career that you can opt for a Doctor in Canada is to complete your MBBS in India and then appear for the exam MCAT, which would give you entry to Medical Schools of Canada. With the existing knowledge of MBBS, you can excel in your life through MCAT.
