Hello, VIPS is one of the best college in GGSIPU. The cutoff is quite high for VIPS every year for BJMC.you have scored good rank in IPU CET exam 2019 ,their is chances for you to get admission in VIPS in GNGND , as you are from delhi, their is possibility for you to get seats in VIPS for BJMC in 2nd Or 3rd round of counselling.

Your IPU CET rank 587 for BJMC is great. This rank is sufficient to get admission in Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies,  Rohini for Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications 

But there is a tough chance for you to get this college in 1st shift according to last year's cutoff
