Fill the form for JNU entrance examination..the forms are usually out in feb-may but they have changed it from last year…do keep checking . Center for historical studies JNU is quite renowned and is also tough to get in. You may practice previous year question papers to get the idea  of the type of questions. Also please go on site, JNUEEQP, it will will give you the question papers
