Good question ,

Self management and time management is most important thing during preparation time.

If you are going  coaching institute than 3-4 hours before coaching studies and 3-4 hours after coaching studies are suffiecient to clear any examination.After giving time to first priority that is clearing NEET you can easily able to give time for masti.If you able to get suffiecient time in weekdays than you can able to make time management in weekends also but study regularly with Focus as it increases efficiency .

My honest  advice is that First do things with priority than take time for masti and Do hardwork without bother about result.
