dear participant,

After 7th round- you have to report to the respective nits/iiits/gifts you are alloted to (And its a must otherwise your seat would go null Fee will be refunded after deducting Rs 1500.) with all the required documents as mentioned on their site or be it anywhere, in some cases you have to even contact them regarding the list of required documents. After Reporting at Allotted Institute, the candidate can also withdraw the allotted seat, Fee will be refunded after deducting some amount. After reporting there you would be asked by the allotment officers whether you want to opt for special round or not. And of course, your answer would be yes.after it just go to csab 2019 site and pay the required fees there and wait for further rounds to come.If you want to retain your Josaa seat you have to pay further fees for the special round but if you aren't interested in the seat allocated to you in 7th round the same fee will be adjusted in theSpecial Round Participation Fee.

hope it helped.
