how to participate in stray vacancy round,on which website should i register,or i should go to different different website for different clgs.for eg. if i want clg in mumbai or pune i should go to MHCET site or for banglore clgs i shLd go to KEA website or only single website that is MCC.nic.in?

The MCC website works only to fill the 15% seats reserved for the ALL india quota. So to fill the rest of the 85% of the seats in the medical or dental colleges you have to register on the respective state websites. This is the only way to take part in the state counselling.
