For vocabulary I will suggest extensive reading. you can also refer to Word Power Made Easy by Normal Lewis and subscribe to sites like Find out how strong your vocabulary is and learn new words at Vocabulary.com.
For Grammar : Strengthen your basic grammar knowledge from Wren and Martin or any books you find comfortable.For RC : Read more. And solve questions as much as you can from materials.Lastly for other questions like cloze test, jumble passages, you can practice from coaching materials and previous year questions.
