Hello aspirant,
I am here for helping you.
You are going to give NEET exam in 2020 and you did not start yet so, don't worry you still have enough time
But still it is not sufficient time for  the preparation of NEET. but we can say " failure can never defeat you if your determination to succeed is strong enough".
So, embarkate to give your maximum time to your goal. firstly go with the syllabus of NEET along with your board syllabus. Don't focus on the topics out of  syllabus of NEET and board ,you can focus on these after completing your syllabus.
Always fling to clear your doubts through your teachers. Don't take it easy . And always fling to understand each and every topics of your syllabus.
Always remember that " journey of long route starts from your very first day ".
By following these fact not only you will be able to score good in your NEET exam but also in your board exams.
I hope it will help you......

Not mam---> *sir
For time management see in yourself that haw many hours you can study?  because according to me time management is not like that how many hours you definitely will have to study while it cognates that in how many hours you can complete your task which you have already been decided for one day.
So firstly make a task list on daily basis and try to complete your task list on the same day with  determination and also take some break accordingly.
Move with this style and I can 100% sure that you will have good output .
For more queries you can upload it as a question on career 360.
