Aswin, the MHRD did announce that NEET 2021 will be conducted with a revised and reduced syllabus as the Academic year has been reduced due to Corona Pandemic. In such case if you are in your 11th right now, we would say, stick to NCERT books. And when the new syllabus is released, you can prepare from the books that will be released at that point in time. You do not want to waste an entire year on the topics that might be ommitted. So stick to NCERT, practise as many as previous papers as you can. Now practising previous papers is a good thing because you can keep an eye on the time because NEET is only for 3hours. Which means that you need to be able to complete 180 questions within 3 hours. So practise Physics and Chemistry formulae, Peiodic tables and laws. Attempt atleast one previous paper a week to keep checking your progress. Always make sure to make a note of important points that are being taught in the class or you think you are important. You should make it a point to complete the syllabus atleast thrice before NEET exam schedule has been released. Thar should be the target.
