First you need to understand the Syllabus and important topics. Your aim to score 340-360 marks in (zoology + botany) biology, 160-170+ marks in chemistry, and 150-170+ marks in physics. To get MBBS seat you need to get hold of a good rank along with a score above 650.For that prepare for the NEET exam well.Allot time for self studies and grasp all the concepts well.Get hold of all the past papers of biology of NEET and practise well along with other papers.Practise only makes a man perfect.With good practise you can score above 650.
