For organic chemistry, you need to understand the logic and nomenclature first. If you can get the logic then it will not be difficult any more. You don't need to directly mug up all the reactions, rather try to understand them first, then go through the mechanisms as well which will help you to understand how the reactions proceed and then by writing those reactions few times and the mechanisms on your own, you can get grip over them and then practice some questions on the same reaction, also solve previous year questions and you need to follow this process for every reaction in organic chemistry and soon you will be good at this.
Make a proper and programmatic study plan. Follow the schedule properly. Go through the entire syllabus. Don't leave any topic. As per the previous year trends, Physical and Organic section carries more weightage.
You need not to read so many books . Just read properly from any book you want. Even NCERT is sufficient. Keep NCERT at your fingertips. For organic chemistry OP Tandon is also very good.
Practise books by MS Chauhan for organic chemistry. The organic section needs more practice and revision. To help you with your preparation in Neet, we have http://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
