To score maximum in Physical Chemistry, you will need three resources -
Study the theory portion from your class notes. While studying, you should have another notebook with you where you are expected to jot down the formulae simultaneously (while going through the class notes). After going through the entire chapter, you should revise the formulae again from the notebook (where you have jotted down all the formulae).

Now, you should do questions from your NCERT Textbook. You must and should do all the example questions and the relevant numerical-based questions from the exercise. In NEET UG, they sometimes ask directly from these examples and exercises. They may manipulate the numbers, but the sense of the question remains the same.
Once you are done with NCERT questions, you may or may not solve extra MCQs from a NEET-based MCQ textbook (eg Physical Chemistry for NEET by Balaji Publication), but you must do all the previous years' questions (at least from 2012 to 2022).
If you have understood the concepts, revising at least once is enough (because, unlike Inorganic chemistry, Physical chemistry is not a volatile subject). The formula notebook you would have made will come in handy for faster revision.
If you do the above-mentioned things, trust me, you will be able to solve 80-90% of the questions of Physical Chemistry not only in NEET but also in exams like JEE.
