How to upgradation in 2 nd round of counseling in wbjee?

Hello,
The upgradation option will be selected by you in the reporting centre.
The officials will be giving you upgradation letter and this states that you want upgradation in the second round.
In the second round when you visit the reporting centre you have to show the upgradation letter to lock the choice.
