Hi Jaya, Yes this is true. Only 2 IIMs out of 13 still have the GD as a part of final process - Lucknow and Shillong.

Hi Jaya: Yes. IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode will retain Group Discussion as a part of the selection procedure. The remaining IIMs will base selection on Written Aptitude Test and Personal Interview in addition to CAT scores. All the IIMs will however take into consideration work experience and past academic records. Good Luck!
