how will i get my refund i attend the college only 4 days did i eligible to get my money refund

See the fees refund policies are categorized by the colleges itself. So you need to contact your college regarding the procedures and the norms about it. If you have applied for the refund then also it will take atleast 15 days of time in order to receive the refund. There are numerous institute who deducts amount and then refunds. So you need to know about the policy of refund which you can only know either by visiting your college website or contact your college admission cell or the college office. They will definitely guide you out.
