Right now,it will be tough to say exact marks that will fetch you seat in NITs or IIITs before jee mains examination as it totally depends upon level of paper..But for safe side you can take this figure as 150+ out of 300 score..150+ is decent score in JEE MAINS for NITs or IIITs..
