I am 12th pass with maths but I should also want to do 12th with bio . should I do 12th privet only with bio

There are all the options available. You can go for mathematics solely, for biology or for both mathematics and biology. And yes you can take biology private and do mathematics along with it. But you need to confirm with the school you are associated with as many schools allow many not.
