i am 2019 cbse class 12 passout with 65percentage but in 2020 improvement exam in all subject i got 79 percentage but still my improvement marksheet has not come and i have fill jee advance fron and wbjee councelling from so please tell me how can i fill from can i use digilocker mark sheet

Yes, you can use the digilocker marksheet given your marksheet has not yet been received by you. It is a genuine reason, so you have nothing to worry about and you can also go through the rules for counselling, and if they state otherwise, you can contact them on the toll free number or of the college and tell them about your problem and they will guide you through it.
