Dear Surya, you need to be 17 years old atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. And as of now, any upper age limit to appear for NEET has been put on hold. Assuming the same rule stays and you have had scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Pjysics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology you are eligible to appear for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC.

Eligibility for NEET 2020 :

For NEET exam , you must have passed your class 12 with 50%( unreserved), 40%( OBC/SC/ST), 45% (PWD) in Physics, chemistry, Biology/ biotechnology and English as core subjects from recognised board.

You must have completed 17 years of age . And upper limit is you should not be more than 25 years of age ( for unreserved) and 30 years ( for reserved and PWD)

So, yes you are eligible to write NEET exam 2020. And there is no limit on number of attempts.
