Yes, you can apply for NIOS, it conducts exams twice a year in the month of April/May and October/November, there's also a facility of On-Demand Examination, as examination happends biannually so based on that you can take admission accordingly, for more detailed information please visit the official website at https://nios.ac.in/student-information-section/admission-procedure.aspx

I got 67% in 10th with almost full marks in maths, then I cudnt clear my 12th then diploma also I couldnt clear bcoz of my health issues. I stay with my mom, she left dad when I was 1 due to domestic violence. So my life was a mess then, now I m better, which 1or 2 yr course shud I do to get job.
