Also recently ,The Supreme Court has issued an ad interim stay of the Bar Council of India (BCI) age limit , and ordered the BCI that no age limit should apply to law aspirants seeking to study LLB. Mentioned below are the eligibility details of pursuing law according to rules of bar Council of India:

• For common law Aptitude test there is no age bar for candidates. Whether you are taking admission in UG law courses or PG law courses.
• The candidate needs to score at least 45% for general category students in the previous qualifying examination.
• There is 5% relaxation for reserved category students.
