The eligibility criteria for appearing for MSc Anatomy is that the candidate must have completer Bsc with at least one subject of Biological Importance
Or, BAMS
Or, MBBS
Or, BHMS
Or, BPT
Or, BPharm.
from a recognized University
Accordingly, you are quite elligible to have a go.

But sir there is an allegation by the MBBS society that only medicos can persue medical anatomy.. Wht abt that sir??

There's nothing as such, all such false claims are just meant to make sure that the MSc seats of these subjects can be captured by MBBS grads.

Basic eligibility for MSC ANATOMY is
MSc Medical (ANATOMY)
The candidate must have passed BSc with at least one subject of Biological Sciences or BAMS or MBBS or BHMS or BPT or BPharm or any other professional graduates from a recognized University.
So yes if you have obtained the degree from any recognised university then you can apply.
