I am a b.tech ( petroleum) third year student and I want to do m.tech with aerospace engineering in IISc. Am I eligible for it?

Hi,
     Definitely you are eligible. You have to take GATE paper in Aerospace Engineering. According to GATE eligibility criteria, you should complete your BTECH or BE degree any stream. You can apply for any stream rather than your stream.

Aerospace Engineering is totally different. So first of all know about the syllabus for Aerospace Engineering, then you prepare for GATE.
